The City of Houston, through the Housing and Community Development Department, will be administering $1.17 billion in housing recovery programs for Hurricane Harvey. This money has recently become available for a variety of Houstonians affected by Hurricane Harvey.
The following programs have been established to administer funds for housing recovery:
- Homeowner Assistance Program (HoAP)
- Harvey Homebuyer Assistance Program (HBAP)
- Harvey Single-Family Development (HSFD) Program
- Harvey Multifamily Program
- Harvey Recovery Small Rental (HRSR) Program
- Harvey Public Services Program
- Buyout Program
- Economic Revitalization Program
